The St. Joseph Band and Orchestra Parent Organization (SJBOP) was established in 1951 to aid the students and program of the St. Joseph Public Schools' Instrumental Music Departments. Membership in the SJBOP is open to anyone with a vested interest including parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends. This year, we have over 600 students involved in band and orchestra. We have a proud past and a bright future, but we need your involvement to keep our program strong.  

• Instruments, equipment, uniforms

• Artists in Residence (professional musicians helping our directors and students daily)

• Chaperones

• Scholarships to summer camps

• Music representation at Board of Education meetings

• Funds for large trips through our many fundraisers
